We had an amazing 1.5 hour evening yacht ride with xclusive yachts, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience for our family. The weather was perfect , a pleasant, cool breeze with just enough sunshine, leading into a mesmerizing sunset over the Marina skyline. The yacht itself was well-maintained and high quality, with a great deck setup, good music, and tasty food that everyone enjoyed. What really stood out was the staff — extremely supportive, friendly, and attentive throughout the ride, making sure we were comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Booking the tickets through Headout was by far the easiest and most convenient part. The smooth booking process meant we could focus entirely on enjoying the experience without any hassle. Overall, it was a beautiful, stress-free evening and a wonderful way to spend quality time together as a family. Highly recommended!

It was absolutely incredible and surely unforgettable. However, I don't think Indian music or anything other than Arabic music belongs on these boats. We come to the UAE to discover Arab culture and we end up discovering a completely different culture which we have no problem with, but it's not what we want.

Overall, the boat experience with Alexander was very enjoyable. Great atmosphere, good music, tasty food, and beautiful views — everything was well organized and we truly enjoyed the trip. However, there was one unpleasant issue with the payment. We ordered prosecco for 250 AED. Since we did not have enough dirhams, we paid 100 USD. We received 20 USD in change, but the banknotes were very old and worn out, and I was unable to exchange them anywhere. This was the only downside to an otherwise very good experience, but payment details like this do affect the overall impression. I hope this can be taken into account in the future.

It was a very well planned service. The driver pick up was on time and humble. Due to traffic we reached late but our tables on the Upper deck and the views along with food were mesmerising. The dance performance that was done by the artitst was awesome. The drop off was also proper. We enjoyed!

Very spacious, clean, thoughtful and elegant seating, good mix of crowd though not overcrowded, hygienic food were the highlights of my cruise experience. It traversed the entire length of the creek starting from Festival Mall to the waterfall bridge/ JW Marriott hotel and glided on the waters without any jerks or sways. Recommended for young and old alike.

I was expecting to see part of the palm tree where the Atlantis hotel is located, and for the drinks to be a little more varied. Thank you Valentin
