• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Pregnant women, guests with back issues, neck issues, high blood pressure, cardiac issues, children unable to sit upright and walk, and guests who have undergone surgery or were recently unwell are restricted from participating in this experience.
• Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

• Children under 3 enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.
• Child tickets apply to ages 3–12; adult tickets are for ages 12 and above.
• Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.
• Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.
• Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.
• The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.
• To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.
• All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.
• F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).
• Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.
• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance during your visit.
